6.5.2 Instrument Log
The MagicPrep NGS instrument
maintains a log of key events such as
power on/off, library preparation runs,
and any errors or faults detected.
To review the Instrument Log, from
the Settings screen, select Instrument
Log.
6.5.2.1 Event Log
Select Event Log and the screen on the
right will be displayed
Use the slider bar on the right of the
screen to move up and down through the
Event log
Press Back to return to the Instrument
Log screen
6.5.2.2 Export Log files
Select Export log files
If no USB drive has been inserted into the instrument, the
No USB error will be shown
Press Back to return to the Setting screen
Insert a USB drive into the USB port on the front of the
instrument.
The MagicPrep NGS instrument will download the
available log files to the USB drive. A white circle gives an
indication of the progress
