9-4-2. Trigger level

Set the indicator value level that causes trigger operation.

The trigger point is when the indicator value reaches the set 
trigger level value from the direction set by the trigger polarity.

This sets the display position of the cursor.
0% is the left end of the X axis and 100% is the right end.
