A user can always change their own password. The ADMIN user can change any user's password.
(There is no separate permission that would allow a non-ADMIN user to change another users
password).
D. Locale Settings
Touch the icon to select the Locale screen. The thousands separator, decimal symbol, time format, date
format, and default units selection can be made in this screen.
E. Date/Time Settings
Touch the icon to select the Date and Time screen. The time and date formats are set in the Locale section of
the Control Panel.
