Delete all Users
To delete all users, click
Delete all users
from the action bar.
A confirmation window appears. Type CONFIRM then click the
Confirm
button.
A new window is displayed to indicate deletion is in progress. When completed, Success window is
displayed.
DDA Users
This section details how to allow required credentials extra time to gain entry through a door. This
option is actioned using an access group rather than the individual credential.

Door properties
tab. Then check the box
Allow access group delay
.
