For both mounting variants, the two grub screws on the underside of the module carrier
retaining ring can be tightened to deactivate the tool-free removability of the module
carrier. This is recommended if, due to the installation situation, access to the exchange
module is also possible without removing the module carrier without any problems.
5.5
Connecting up the gas supply
Connect up an appropriate gas hose with an external diameter of Ø 4 mm.
Press this into the push-in fitting deep enough to secure it firmly. Check that the hose is
fitted tightly before applying pressure to it.
5.6
Connecting up a device with digital I/O communication
Connect up the line connecting module and driver housing. Then hand-tighten all cap
nuts.
Connect the communication connecting line to the driver housing.
Connect the DC connecting line to the driver housing.
Connect equipotential bonding to the earth potential.
