3. Place the control switch in the WASH position. This
will cause the sanitizing solution in the freezing
cylinder to be agitated. Allow the solution to agitate
for 5 minutes.

4. Place the control switch in the off position. Place an
empty pail beneath the door spout. Open the draw
valve and draw off all of the sanitizing solution. When
the sanitizer stops flowing from the door spout, close
the draw valve.

5. Replace the hopper cover and the upper rear cover.

Important!
The machine must
not
be placed in Auto
mode until all sanitizing solution has been removed
from the freezing cylinder and proper priming
procedures have been completed. Failure to follow
this instruction may result in damage to the freezing
cylinder.
Priming (Without Post Mix Valve)
With a pail beneath the door spout, open the draw valve.
Press the fill switch to allow fresh product to flow into the
freezing cylinder. This will force out any remaining
sanitizing solution. When full-strength product is flowing
from the door spout, close the draw valve. Allow the
freezing cylinder to fill until the mix-level float switch has
satisfied the fill system.

Important!
Failure to remove all sanitizing solution may
result in damage to the freezing cylinder.
