NOTE:
Refer to figure 1 for orientation of key manual bimini top frame components and location identification during the
following assembly instruction sections.
NOTE:
Assembly orientation is taken from facing towards the stern (rear) of the frame; starboard is “left”, port is “right.”

Attaching Secondary Frames to Primary Frames
1.
Lay the two primary bow assemblies
(Fig.2A)
opposite of
each other on a flat work surface with the jaw side facing
up
(Fig.2B)

2.
Align the pivot holes of the left secondary bow
(Fig.3A)
with the pivot holes of the left primary bow jaw side
(Fig.3B)
.
3.
Using one of the supplied Phillips head machine screws
(Fig.4A)
, attach the left secondary bow
(Fig.4B)
to the left
primary bow assembly
(Fig.4C)
.
4.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 to attach the right secondary bow
assembly to the right primary bow assembly.
