LEVEL CHECK
Weekly check the oil levels of the 2-speed gearbox and of the auger planetaries, through
the incorporated gauges. In general, if oil levels are low, should be refilled. The following
should be considered:
1. Check that the oil is adequate according to the indications in previous table.
2. The mixer must be placed on horizontal leveled ground. Levels must be checked with
the mixer in cold, before start working with the mixer.
3. Open the filler cap and check the level in the corresponding indicator.
4. Proceed to refilling, until you check the level is correct. Put the cap back.
Next, take into account the following particularities on different operations:
Auger planetary.
To check the oil level, there is an auxiliary tank (D), with sight glass (V), located on the
front of the mixer. IMPORTANT check every day before start working.
If the level is low, it must be refilled through the filler plug (L). To drain the oil, a plug is
available at the bottom of the reducer.
