Service, maintenance and care

The maintenance of the machine is the prerequisite for
impeccable operation and a long service life.

Service intervals

TASKI machines are high-quality machines which have been
checked for safety in the factory and by authorized inspectors.
Electrical and mechanical parts are subject to wear and aging
after a longer period of use.

Service center

Please always indicate the type and number of the machine
whenever you contact us for order placing or in case of mal-
functions.
The required data are provided on the nameplate of your ma-
chine. The address of your closest Diversey service partner is

Maintenance and service program

carried out by Diversey service

technicians

• In order to maintain operational safety and

readiness for use, the machine must be ser-
viced whenever the maintenance indicator
lights up (factory setting is 650 working
hours) or at least once a year.

In case of extraordinary use and/or insufficient

maintenance, shorter intervals are required.

• Undo the four socket screws (1, 2, 3, 4).
• Separate the squeegee body from the squeegee core

(5, 6).

• Remove the blades (7, 8).
• Clean the squeegee body and both squeegee cores under

running water.

• Mount the "turned" or new blades onto the squeegee core.
• Reinsert the squeegee core into the squeegee body.
• Retighten the four socket screws.

• The machine must be switched off.

Caution:

Before opening the battery compartment
make sure that both tank areas are empty.

• Disconnect the battery from the machine.

• On the bottom left front side of the

machines you will find the battery
compartment release.

• Undo the socket screw.

• Carefully tilt the tank backwards until

it is lying on the floor.

Attention:

Use fuses with the specified value only!

Incorrect fuses may damage the machine.
