TASCAM BD-MP1MKII
During playback, video is disrupted, does not appear or has
a strange color.
o
When searching forward or backward, for example, the video
might appear a little irregular.
o
Is a mobile phone or other device that emits radio waves
being used nearby?
o
Has a disc that is not supported by the unit or that has a differ-
ent region code been loaded in it.
o
Does the TV support HDCP?
o
With the power on, try disconnecting the HDMI cable from
the TV and this unit and then reconnecting it.
o
Use a different HDMI cable and reconnect them.
o
Check the “Display Settings” setting.
Subtitles do not appear.
o
Subtitles cannot be turned on for titles without subtitle data.
No audio is output from the AV amplifier.
o
Confirm that the AV amplifier is turned on.
o
Confirm that the AV amplifier output is correct.
o
Confirm that the AV amplifier supports bitstream or LPCM.
o
Check the volume of the AV amplifier.
The camera angle cannot be changed.
o
Angles cannot be changed for BD-Video or DVD-Video that
does not have multiple angles recorded.
o
Camera angles can only be changed for scenes that have it
enabled.
High definition resolution cannot be viewed.
o
Confirmed that the title recorded in high definition.
o
Does the TV connected to the unit support high definition?
HDMI device control does not work.
o
HDM device control only works when the necessary settings
have been made for this unit and the other supported device.
o
When HDMI device control is enabled, it will be disabled if the
power plug of this device or the HDMI cable is disconnected.
Cannot connect to a network.
o
Confirm that the modem and router are turned on.
o
Confirm that the modem and router Internet indicators are lit.
o
Check the unit’s Network settings.
o
Confirm that this unit and router are connected correctly.
o
Confirm that the router DHCP function is enabled.
A password was forgotten.
o
If it has been forgotten, contact TASCAM customer support
service.
