4.19 TXX 1 (carrier assembly group)
The TXX 1 is a carrier for the assembly groups XKT 1, XBT 1 and XRT 1. It is used twice in a G4 housing, if more
than 3 extension assembly groups (XBT 1, XKT 1, XRT 1) should be used.

4.19.1 Addressing
Please address the extension assembly groups with the addresses 1-8 and pay attention that the jumper for the
addressing area (TXX) is set to 1-8. If more than 8 extension assembly groups are used, please start counting from
the beginning at the 9. extension assembly group, but set the jumper (01) here on the TXX 1 to the addressing area
9-15.
4.19.2 Operation with XAT
In operation in conjunction with the BUS extension XAT1 the assignment at the screw terminals has to be
wired
as

4.19.3 Operation via ribbon cable
If you want to connect the TXX via ribbon cable with the basic assembly group TLW1/TLW1-1, the following circuit
lengths apply:
Ribbon cable rotated with shell (unshielded) up to
90cm
(tolerance <10%)
Ribbon cable not rotated and without shell up (unshielded) up to
30cm
(tolerance <10%)
