Disassembly of the pump
The numbers put in brackets, refer to the part numbers in the spare part drawings and spare part
lists in chapter 5

3.5.1.
Before the disassembly procedure
Be sure to drain all liquid from the pump. Cleanse or neutralize the pump thoroughly.
Disconnect the air supply and then the suction and discharge connections.

Unscrew and remove muffler [25].

Unscrew and remove two tri-clamps [138] connecting
the outlet manifold [132] to the housings [11].
