Part Two Calibrate Printout
The printer needs to be calibrated to reassure its precision. In this part, calibration method
will be explained. You may refer to it when you come to maintenance, repair or changing
parts,

In this part we mean to calibrate the print head spring, so that we could obtain ideal
printout. By calibrating the print head spring, we could adjust the mechanical gap of this
printer. It has been adjusted to suitable value at factory. But when such value is too big or
too small, the printout will be unsatisfactory, causing problems such as unstable printing,
ribbon jam or media jam.
