call bridge is enabled), dial an extension, check voicemail, or configure the
system.
You may incur long-distance and hotel telephone charges each time you
activate prompted call back from a remote location.
Setting up prompted call back
1. Expand
Call Back/ Call Bridge > Prompted Call Back
.
2. Select the
Activate Prompted Call Back
check box
.
3. Enter the call back number in the
Number to call back
box. Do not enter
a line hunt group number.
Prompted call back
lets the user program the call back number remotely
each time they arrive at a new destination. The TalkSwitch unit stores
the call back number until the user changes it. The call back number
displayed by the TalkSwitch configuration software is the last one
entered locally or remotely.
When programming the prompted call back number remotely, press
0
for a 2-second pause, and press
