To change a frame feed amount of Frame Back / Frame Forward (FM head)

This function sets a frame feed amount when 11-stitches or more is successive due to the operation of frame 
back/frame forward by the stop switch or the bar switch. The frame feed amount of LM head is 1-stitch unit.
