3.3.2 Meeting management
TAIDEN Digital Audio & Video Recording System can save the information data of a meeting which be held with it,
and user can see about the meeting information from “Meeting” module. But if the DVR is connected to another computer,
you must synchronize the data to this computer to make search and playback possible. The Meeting interface is shown
as below:

Select device:
select any DVR from current devices or select “All Device”.
Sync.:
synchronize the meeting information data from DVR to the current computer. Click “Sync.” to pop up the
Sync. Meeting dialog box, then select meetings for synchronizing( can use Ctrl for multiform selection) and click
“Sync.” to start transmiting, the sync status will be displayed on the below of the interface. Click “Sync. All” to
synchronize all meetings on the list to the computer.
