Public Address
The Coral IPx 500 provides one external paging interface via the MSBipx card (public
address, one port). Station users can access an external voice paging system connected
to the Coral by dialing access code.
Figure 9-16
is a simplified circuit diagram of the Paging Interfaces and the relay
contacts.
Each Coral IPx 500 main cage provides one paging output: the external voice paging
port operates by using both the relay circuit (RLY1) and the P1 circuit. The P1 circuit is
used for public address.
