I/NET 2000 Getting Started

If you wish to change an existing password, enter the orig-
inal password in the 

Old Password

 field. If you are entering 

a password for the first time, leave this field blank.

Type the desired password in the 

New Password

 field, up to 

four characters.

Re-type the desired password in the 

Verify Password

 field. 

This entry must match the entry in the New Password field.

Click 

OK

 to accept the new password and return to the 

NetPlus Router Summary screen. You may click 

Cancel

 to 

close the Password editor without saving the changes. 

Note:

To remove a password, enter the Old Password, and leave the New 
Password and Verify Password fields blank.

Saving Configurations

You can save a NetPlus Router’s configuration on your hard drive. 
This will allow you to view the configuration information if the 
NetPlus Router is off-line, and provides a backup in case the 
configuration becomes corrupted.

Select the desired NetPlus Router from the NetPlus Router 
Summary dialog box and click 

Save

.

2.

You will be prompted for a password, if one has been 
assigned. Enter the password and click 

OK
