Cleaning
Cleaning – only when necessary
Clean the device with a slightly damp cloth or an anti-static cloth. Avoid
using dry or wet cloths! Do not use solvents, cleansing agents or abra-
sives! This will only damage the device.
Returning used devices
When your Speedport OptoLAN reaches the end
of its useful service life, please take it to your local
public waste disposal point (e.g. recycling centre).
This symbol indicates that the used device must be
disposed of separately from normal household
waste. The German law governing the sale, return
and environmentally correct disposal of electric
and electronic apparatus (ElektroG) obliges own-
ers to dispose of their used electrical and elec-
tronic apparatus separately from standard house-
hold waste. Please help us to support environmen-
tal protection efforts by refraining from disposing
of your used devices with household waste.
