2. Connect air tubes from
(1), (2), (11) and (12) to
control units. (Use PU-4
air tube, dimension 6x1
mm).
3. Connect air supply as instructed for Control
units, see instruction valid for the unit(s).
4. Check air connection and the chucks function.
The closing time for the chuck must be at least
2 seconds when air blast is used. When a
continuous Turbo pressure is used, the Turbo
pressure must be turned off before the chuck
can be opened.
Alignment
Angle
Place the master pallet (F) on the chuck and close
the chuck. The procedure is similar thus for Macro
and Combi chucks.
1. Indicate on the plane
reference surface on
the master pallet.
2. Adjust the chuck until
the X-axis is parallel to
machine’s axis.
3. Remove the master
pallet.
4. Tighten the screws (B).
5. Check the alignment after screws have been
tightened and adjust if required.
