Installation
The chuck is mounted onto the machine table in a
suitable working position.
At installation, master pallet and dial indicator is
required.
Check that the machine table is plane before
mounting.
Air supply must be connected before the chuck is
able to operate.
Preparations
1. Clean and treat the
underside of the chuck
with Houghton Rust
Veto 76HF or Corr-
1142 before it is
mounted on the
machine table.
Mount the chuck onto the machine table
1. Align the chuck on machine table that either
reference axis or surface is parallel to machine
axis.
2. The table chuck is mounted on the machine
table with the enclosed screws (B) and washers
(C). Leave screws little loose just enough to
allow adjustments.
Connecting air supply
Note! The air pressure must not exceed 7 bars.
Higher air pressure will damage the chuck.
The Air supply is controlled by Control units
Accessory 3R-611.41 (2x), see enclosed instruction.
1. Screw the enclosed air nipple (D) in the holes (1)
and (2) for Dynafix and (11) and (12) for chuck
in center. (R1/8”-connection).
