USERS
Use this command to access the user list.
Level 0
Not applicable
Level 1
USERS
USERS [PWD]
Options are:
null
If this option is not provided in the command, valid user
names and their associated access levels display.
PWD
This option changes the user’s password. This does not
allow for change of user name or access level.
Level 2
Same as Level 1 operation
Level 3
Same as Level 2 operation
Level 4
Same as Level 3 operation, with the following additions:

USERS INITUSERTABLE
USERS {ADD|PWD|ACCESS|DELETE|TEMPPWD}
USERS {DISABLE|ENABLE|UNLOCK} username
Options are:
null
Displays all user names, levels, disabled/enabled state,
password aging, and lockout state.
LOGOFF comport
Allows the ADMIN user to free the other comm port so that
it may be reconfigured. The user on the other port is
immediately logged off, terminating any data they may have
been entering. The valid comport names are L, A, B, TELA,
TELB, TELC, TELD, TL1A, and TL1B.
INITUSERTABLE
Use this option to
clear the user table and leave only the
built-in (default) system users. This option requires users to
confirm their intention to clear the user table by entering the
complete INITUSRTABLE command.
ADD
Use this option to add a user to the system. If the user
exists in the system, this option exits with an error. After the
user ID is entered, you are prompted for a password.
Password entries are echoed as ‘*’. Valid password
characters are upper case, alphanumeric characters. After
