Assistance Center 24 hours a day. Phone support is available by the hour, in multi-
hour blocks, or on a contract basis.
Extended Warranty
Annual or multi-year extended warranty contracts are available for hardware repair
and software updates to the latest software version for your GoWide product.
Extended warranty coverage can include telephone technical support at your option.
Configuration and Installation Support
Service providers who will be configuring multiple units may consider having that
