SCAN_ENABLE
Description: Permit the decoder to scan bar codes

Field Descriptions
Host Requirements
The host sends the SCAN_ENABLE command to tell the decoder to allow scanning. Scanning
is enabled upon power-up, so this command need only be send if a prior SCAN_DISABLE
command has been sent.
Decoder Requirements
The decoder allows scanning and decoding upon receipt of this command.
Note:
At initial power-up, the decoder should assume SCAN_ENABLED.
