Editing Profiles

To change the ESSID and operating mode for a profile, select the profile and tap Edit to display the
Mode
tab.

Set the operating mode from the
Operating Mode
drop-down list. Choose
Infrastructure
(the default mode)
to enable the MK2200 to transmit and receive data with an AP.
Select the country of operation for the MK2200 from the
Country:
drop-down list. This should match the
APs country setting, and be appropriate for the country of operation. Select
International
if using the
MK2200 with a non-Symbol AP or a pre-AP 4131 model.

To save the Mobile Companion settings and retain them across cold boot cycles, tap
Start > Tools > Save
