CARRY OUT THE MAINTENANCE MEASURES EVERY 6
MONTHS
- Remove the plug connector from the mains outlet or set the circuit
breaker to the OFF position.
- Wait 5 minutes, until the fans have had time to stop and the electric
heater has cooled down.
- Open the inspection door of the unit.
- Remove
the fine filter (1).
Wipe with a cloth to remove dust or
vacuum clean it. Replace is needed.
- Remove
the extract air wide-meshed filter G3 (2)
and wipe
with a cloth to remove dust or vacuum clean it. Replace if needed.
- Clean the inner surfaces of the ventilation unit, by vacuum cleaning
or wiping surfaces with a damp cloth.
- Pour water in the bottom of the ventilation unit and check to make
sure that the water runs out of the unit through
the condensate
drain (3)
.
- Dry the unit and refit the heat exchanger element.
- Install the filters at their respective places.
- Put the cover in place and lock it.
- Insert the plug connector into the mains outlet or set the circuit
breaker to the ON position.
CARRY OUT THE MAINTENANCE MEASURES EVERY YEAR
Filter change.
- Remove the plug connector from the mains outlet or set the circuit
breaker to the OFF position.
- Wait 5 minutes, until the fans have had time to stop and the electric
heater has cooled down.
- Open the inspection door of the unit.
- Remove the old filters and replace them with new ones.
- Clean the heat exchanger as described below.
- Remove
the guard plate (5)
and disconnect the heat exchanger
conductor from the terminal.
- Remove
heat exchanger element (4)
and flush it with running
water or wash with dishwashing detergent. Let the heat exchanger
element dry.
- Put the heat exchanger element back into the ventilation unit
with the cable pointing downward, connect the cable and refit
the guard plate.
- Close the door as described above.
- Insert the plug connector into the mains outlet or set the circuit
breaker to the ON position.
