Weld Head User’s Manual

11.  Reinstall the washer and the screw to secure the movable clamp 

assembly. Tighten the fasteners 1/8 to 1/4 of a turn past finger 
tight.

12.  Push and hold the tool change lever back while pulling each 

actuator handle to the locked/closed position. Once each handle 
is forward, release the tool change lever. 

13.  Reattach the arc shield spring.
