I nspect the play  of h u b  bearings i n ne r  race by hand 

wh i le i t  is i n  the steering knuckle. 

R otate  the  i n ner  race  by  hand  to  i n spect  for 

abnorma l  noise and smooth rotation . 

Replace the bearing i f  there is anyth i n g  u n usual .
