CLUTCH ADJU S TMENT
Clutch c a ble pl a y should be 10 –
15 mm (0.4 – 0.6 in) me a sured a t
the clutch lever end. Adjust clutch

a ble pl a y a ccording to the follow-
ing procedure:
Minor Adju s tment
Turn the clutch c a ble a djuster

to provide the specified pl a y.
Major Adju s tment
1. Loosen the clutch c a ble
a djuster lock nut

ENGINE COOLANT
Coolant level
The engine cool a nt solution
should be between the “F” (full)
a nd the “L” (low) level lines on the
engine cool a nt reservoir. If the
level is lower th a n the “L” level
line, bring it up to the “F” level by
a dding specified engine cool a nt.
NOTE:
•
Check the coolant level when
the engine is cold.
• If the engine coolant reservoir
is empty, check the radiator
coolant level.
To a dd specified engine cool a nt:
