
CHANGING WHEELS
WARNING – MOTOR FOR CYLINDER IS EQUIPPED WITH A BRAKE SECURING THE CYLINDER
POSITION. THE CYLINDER WILL MOVE IF THE BRAKE IS DISCONNECTED.THE CYLINDER
FILLED WITH MATERIAL HAS A CONSIDERABLE WEIGHT AND CAN CAUSE FATAL ACCIDENTS
WHEN IT MOVES!
Balance the material inside the cylinder before replacing a wheel and make sure that the cylinder
is supported and will not tilt when the wheel is removed.
The condition of the wheels needs to be checked every year for wear and replaced if necessary.

MODELS T60, T75 AND T120 – NEW AXLE
If possible level the material inside the
cylinder.
Switch of the electrical supply.
Remove the covers where appropriate.
Place support under the cylinder
allowing the wheel to be removed
without the cylinder tilting.
Loosen the bolt that holds the axle Ø 20
mm and push the axle towards the
wheel tracks on the cylinder.
The damaged wheel will fall down.
Clear away all old parts.
Take the new wheel and put in the stub
shaft so that is sticks out 4 mm on the
other side. Put on the washer (3mm) so
that it sits between the wheel and the
holder on the frame.
Put the wheel and axle in correct position and continue to push the axle in to the holder on the
frame.
Assemble and tighten the M12.
Switch on power and test run before putting the covers back on.
