Tools Needed : Tape Measure, Electric Drill, ¹/₈” Drill Bit, #2 Phillips
Head Driver, Stud Finder
The length of your SUP will determine arm spacing.
is 40% of total SUP length, (SUP length x 0.4 = spacing).
Locate studs where arms will be mounted and mark desired height
for the
SUP Folding Rack
at base of support arm. Use a
mounting
bracket
as a template, and a
mounting screw
to mark the locations
for holes. Wall studs are typically on 16” centers. It is important that
at least one screw from each
mounting bracket
goes into a wood
stud.
Screwing only into drywall is not sufficient and could result in
injury to self and SUP.
