Chapter 3: Maintenance and Component Installation

3.9 Power Supply

The CSE-515B-R601W chassis has two 600W DC hot-swappable redundant power supplies.
The power supplies are auto-switching capable. The 600W DC power supplies can operate
at the input range from -44Vdc to -65Vdc (Note that the acceptable DC input voltage with
ETSI standard is from -40Vdc to -57Vdc). If replacing a power supply, the system does not
need to be powered down. New units can be ordered directly from Supermicro or authorized
distributors.

Power Supply Failure

The SYS-110P-FDWTR/SYS-110P-FDWTR-NEBS-DC includes a redundant power supply,
which allows the server to continue running when one power supply has been removed.
Replacement units can be ordered directly from Supermicro.
