2.7 System Cooling
Installing the Air Shrouds
Air shrouds concentrate airflow to maximize fan efficiency.
•
Position the air shrouds as illustrated in the figure below, sliding them over the compo-
nents. Note that the front two shrouds each cover only four memory modules, those being
the four outer modules of CPU2. The remaining CPU2 memory modules are uncovered.
