BCD format.
If the Device ID is 123456789, this field will be filled with 0x12, 0x34,
0x56 0x78 and 0x90.

Device Model (According to table model).
SW_VER

Software Version.
DATE_TIME
6 bytes
GPS date & Time (Year + Month + Day + Hour + Second).
CELL
3 bytes
Location Code ID (2 Bytes) + Serving Cell BSIC (1 Byte).
