Troubleshooting
Once the inverter fails, the fault information can be displayed on the App interface. If the in-
verter is equipped with an LCD screen, the fault information can be viewed on it.
The fault codes and troubleshooting methods of all PV inverters are detailed in the table be-
low. The device you purchase may only contain some of the fault information, and when the
inverter fails, you can check the corresponding information through the fault codes from the
mobile app.

Grid Overvoltage
Generally, the inverter will be reconnected to the
grid after the grid returns to normal. If the fault oc-
curs repeatedly:
1. Measure the actual grid voltage, and contact
the local electric power company for solutions if
the grid voltage is higher than the set value.
2. Check whether the protection parameters are
appropriately set via the App or the LCD. Modify
the overvoltage protection values with the con-
sent of the local electric power operator.
3. Contact Sungrow Customer Service if the pre-
ceding causes are ruled out and the fault persists.

the local electric power company for solutions if
the grid voltage is lower than the set value.
2. Check whether the protection parameters are
