8.2.2 Maintenance Instruction
Fan Maintenance
Fans inside the inverter are used to cool the inverter during operation. If the fans
do not operate normally, the inverter may not be cooled down and inverter
efficiency may decrease. Therefore, it is necessary to clean the dirty fans and
replace the broken fans in time.
Stop the inverter and disconnect it from all power supplies before
maintenance.
Lethal voltage still exists in the inverter even after the inverter has been
switched off and disconnected. Please wait for at least ten minutes and
then perform maintenance work.
Only qualified electricians can maintain the fans.
Step 1 Disconnect the AC Switch.
Step 2
Rotate the
DC switch to the “OFF” position.
Step 3
Wait for at least ten minutes.
Step 4
Disconnect all electrical connection in the reverse procedures in the
“5
Electrical Connection
”.
Step 5
Unscrew the bolts as shown in the right
picture.
Step 6
Clasp the groove (near the cover plate of
the fan) on the back of the inverter by your
fingers and pull out the slot of the fan.
