Supported Modules
The Cisco MDS 9513 director supports a variety of Cisco MDS 9000 Family modules.
In addition to support for older-generation modules, it also supports the newer 8
Gbit/sec port modules as listed in
TABLE 2
. Some of these port modules require the
Cisco MDS 9513 Fabric 2 Module for compatibility with the Cisco MDS 9513
director. For more information, see
“Cisco MDS 9513 Fabric 2 Module” on page 6 .
