For error numbers that indicate a problem with a specific board, powering down the unit and verifying that
the board is properly seated may resolve the problem. DO NOT remove the electronics cover when power
is ON. If the cause of any error is not readily apparent, contact Technical Support or your local service
provider.
Message Log
The message log displays the last error or warning message that has occurred for the error number
shown, the number of times the error or warning message has occurred, the date and time of the most
recent occurrence, and a brief description of the error or warning. A message log displaying “0” for the
# OF OCCURRENCES and “NOT APPLICABLE” for LAST means that no error or warning has occurred
for that error number. Use the PREV and NEXT keys to scroll through the 26 different error categories. To
access the Message Log:
1. Select VIEW .
2. Highlight MESSAGES and select ENTER .
• The message log is sorted by error number, shown in the upper left corner of the screen.
Error Possible Cause(s) Resolution
302 The analog board is not completely seated
into the backplane board.
Push the analog board completely into the
backplane board.
1104 One of the keys on the keypad is stuck. Return the unit to Technical Support or your
local service provider for replacement of the
keypad.
