6. Press ENTER to confirm setting the install date to the current date and return to the previous
menu.
7. Press EXIT three times to return to the Main Menu .
Setting the Reagent Column and Zero Column Warning Levels
Set this warning level to specify the number of days to be alerted prior to the reagent column or zero
column needing to be replaced (1 through 365 days; default is 30). The warning message is displayed as a
"D" (for the reagent DI column) or a "Z" (for the zero column) and is displayed in the maintenance alert
area of the screen.
To edit the number of days:
1. Press SETUP from the Main Menu .
2. Highlight MAINTENANCE and press ENTER .
3. Highlight the appropriate menu option ( DI RESIN for the reagent column or ZERO BORON RES
for the zero column) and press ENTER .
4. Highlight EDIT WARNING LEVEL and press ENTER .
5. Use the UP and DOWN arrow keys to adjust the warning level to the desired number of days.
Once the warning level is set, press ENTER to return to the previous menu.
6. Press EXIT three times to return to the Main Menu .
Pump Tubing

The tubing for the peristaltic sample pump loses its elasticity over time and must be replaced yearly to
ensure proper flow through the Analyzer. The tubing must be purchased from SUEZ Customer Care or
your local service provider. The use of tubing from other sources or failure to replace the tubing on the
prescribed replacement schedule may degrade the quality of the Analyzer's measurement. Instructions on
how to replace the sample pump tubing are provided within the firmware.
Warning
Extreme caution must be exercised when operating the Analyzer with power
applied and the door open. Only qualified technicians should operate the
equipment in this manner.
