Preferred Pump Location
The pump must, for optimum performance, be sited as close as possible to and
never more than 4 metres from the HOT WATER cylinder. The pump should always
be sited BELOW the HOT WATER take-off from the cylinder. The pump location is
also dependent on limitations of the static inlet and outlet heads of the installation.
For guidance on limitations and recommended location, consult the following
relevant section for hot or cold water installation.
