STEP 10.
Loosen the 2 top
nuts on your attachment valve
cover, using a 1/2” socket
wrench. Remove cover and
bolts for later re-assembly.
STEP 11.
Loosen the Q Bolt
& HH Nut on the 1624 Bridge,
but do not remove. Do the
same process to the AAB Bolt
& GG Nut holding the 1990
Hose Clip.
STEP 12.
Attach 1923-2
BK45-Bottom hose loosely to
the bottom part of the
2nd
valve section.
Run through
the rear of the 1609 spanner,
then attach loosely to the 1624
Bridge, then attach to the
1990 Hose Clip as shown.
Once happy with the hose
path,
tighten
1923-2 Bottom
Hose to the fitting on the valve
at this time.
Note: What order the hoses
attach to the 1624 Bridge
and the 1990 Hose Clip may
vary.

STEP 13.
Attach 1922-2 BK45-Top hose loosely to
the top part of the
2nd valve section.
Run through
the rear of the 1609 spanner, then attach loosely to
the 1624 Bridge, then attach to the 1990 Hose Clip
as shown. Once happy with the hose path,
tighten
1922-2 Top Hose to the fitting on the valve at this time.
STEP 14. Tighten
the Q Bolt & HH Nut on the 1624
Bridge, being careful not to over tighten and crush
hoses. Do the same process to the AAB Bolt & GG
Nut holding the 1990 Hose Clip.
