STEP 9.
Start your MAGNATRAC,
by following your starting instruc-
tions from Section 4 in your MAG-
NATRAC manual.
CAUTION!
Make sure you
understand your backhoe
controls and operate them
slowly! Bystanders can be injured
from quick movements of the oper-
ator.
STEP 10.
From the operator’s seat
of your RS1000, use the left & right
stabilzer levers on your backhoe
valve, and lower the stabilzers to
where the backhoe (3) frame holes
line up with the left and right angle
mount (3) bolts. (Total of 6)
Do not
thread on the nuts to the bolts at
this time! Note:
If you do not have
hydraulic stabilzers, just crank the
left & right stabilzer legs down by
hand until the holes line up. This
may take a few times of operating
the backhoe, until the holes line up.
STEP 11.
Make sure your stabiliz-
ers are high enough, that the back-
hoe bracket mounted to the rear of
the tractor, is “below” the backhoe
frame. See lower photo. If not at-
tached, atatch it now with 1/2” Bolt
and Nuts.
STEP 12.
Drive the machine rear-
ward so you can insert the 2 rear
bolts through the backhoe frame
and backhoe bracket, as shown in
the lower photo. Thread on nuts.
STEP 13.
Thread on nuts as shown
in the photo above.
Tighten all 1/2”
Bolts and 1/2” Nuts at this time,
(6) horizontal and (2) vertical.
