STEP 4.
Make up (2) 1/2” bolt assemblies
consisting of the following: (1) #AR Bolt and (1)
#VV Washer.
STEP 5.
Slide in a #4178 Bar Spacer between
the left angle mount and the #4179 Back Chan-
nel. Using a punch or a long bolt as a guide to
line up the bolt holes, insert (1) Bolt Assembly
from step 3, through the lower hole on the
#4179 Back Channel, through the correspon-
ding lower hole on the #4178 Bar Spacer and
then all the way through the other side of the
Left Angle Mount. Attach a #VV Washer and
then an #AS Nut.
Leave loose.
Do the same
process to the Right Angle Mount.
STEP 6.
Remove the (2) #JJ Nuts from the
top 2 holes. All bolts potruding through the rear
of the RS1000 should
NOT
have any #JJ nuts
on them at this time.
STEP 7. If you are attaching a HRH35
Hydro Rear Hitch
to the back of the tractor, re-
insert your #1706 Shaft from your HRH35
Hydro Rear Hitch prior to attaching the #1680
hydraulic tank mount to the back of the tractor.
Re-install the #1680 hydraulic tank mount as
shown. See pg. BM49 in this manual. After
completion, all #JJ Nuts on the #1680 Rear
Mount should be
tightened at this time.
STEP 8. If you are attaching a Backhoe
to
the back of the tractor, please re-install the
#1762 Backhoe Bracket at this time. After com-
pletion, all #JJ Nuts on the #1680 Rear Mount
and the #1762 Backhoe Bracket should be
tightened at this time.
