STEP 1.
Remove the Bolts that are occupying the six (6) 5/16”
holes indicated by “white arrows” that are located at the rear of
both
the Left & the Right Body Walls... Photo at left shows only
Left Body Wall.
NOTE:
As there is more than one model of the RS series Mag-
natrac, not all holes noted [at left] will be occupied with 5/16
Bolts... your only responsibility is to clear all twelve (12) of the
5/16 holes to prepare for next assembly STEP.
STEP 2.
Mount #1777R and #1777L Right
& Left Angle Mounts to their respective Right
& Left Body Walls... note that the “lip” of
Mount points outwardly... see Photo at left.
STEP 3.
Insert six (6) #AP Bolts into six (6)
#SS Washers. Align 5/16” holes of Left Angle
Mount with mating 5/16” holes in Left Body
Wall. “Inside” Body secure with #AU Lock
Washers and #AQ Nuts... leave “finger tight”
if you are going to add a ROPS20 now, other-
wise fully tighten.
STEP 4.
In a similar manner as STEP 3
above, mount the #1777R Right Angle Mount
to the “outside face” of Right Body Wall. “In-
side” Body secure with #AU Lock Washers
and #AQ Nuts... leave “finger tight” if you are
going to add a ROPS20, otherwise fully
tighten.
