500 Hour maintenance

Preventive Maintenance Alerts will be displayed on the workstation at the 500 hour time 
interval as a reminder to perform preventive maintenance. See 

Figure 7-396.

Tip wipe assembly

The tip wipe assembly should be replaced approximately every 500 hours.

Completely power down the printer.

Move the head to the right of the printer to gain access to the tip wipe assembly.
