Powering Down the USO-HA Appliance
If the appliance needs to be powered down, refer to the steps below in order to properly
shutdown the appliance. Note that prior to shutting down your appliance; make sure that all the
current tasks are finished.
Login to the SCVM on the Primary Storage Concentrator.
Navigate to
Admin
>
General
.
Click Shutdown.
Perform the same steps for the secondary storage concentrator.
Afterwards, shutdown both the HA RAID Storage Expansion Array and JBOD array
following the procedure below.
To shut down the systems, access the HA RAID Storage Expansion array web GUI.
Once logged in, navigate to
SANWatch Home
>
Top menu bar
>
System
then select
Shutdown Device from the dropdown menu.
