Mounting instructions for slide „arvus“

1. Select the play equipment location in consideration of the required safety area
(see Diagram 3: 8000 x 4200mm).
2. Carry out excavation work for the 3 foundations as shown in Diagram 2. After
excavation, compress the foundation floor.
Note:
The slide is built in on the play level. Pay attention to items marked
„game level“ of play equipment!
3. Concrete foundation acc. the specified dimensions (length x wide x height
twice 1000 x 400 x 300mm and once 1550 x 900 x 300mm)
with a centrally mounted, horizontal reinforcement (BST 500 S)in grade B 25.
4. After a setting period of 10 – 14 days, depending on weather conditions and
foundation size, clean the surface of the foundation, put the playequipment on
it and srew with the included heavy-duty anchors M10 to the pre-drilled holes
the floor plate from the play equipment with the foundation.
5. Use the predrilled holes and the provided heavy-duty dowels to srew the base-
plate of the play equipment together with the foundation.
