Risk assessment
Risk assessment
Within the scope of validity of the CE guide-
lines, the operating company must create
operating instructions on the basis of a risk
assessment. The purpose of the risk assess-

risks that could occur due to the product or
the application of the product in the specific
place of use and under the application condi-

complete the risk assessment. The operating
instructions are intended to warn against the
identified dangers and provide information on
possible remedial actions.
We recommend integrating these operating
instructions into the operating procedures for
the specific place of use.
Residual risks

regulations for the design and construction
of our trucks and despite proper use by the
operating company, residual risks can occur
during operation. We refer to this specifically
in the individual chapters.
Please heed all provided safety warnings.
Regular testing

once a year by a specialist (expert) according
to our specifications.

that must be performed for the purposes of
detecting damage or defects that have an
effect on safety. The requirements pursuant
to FEM 4.004 are included in these test
instructions.
A written report about the inspection has to be
created.
Please check whether regular safety inspec-
tions of the truck by an authorized expert are a
legal requirement in the country this truck will
