Original instructions for use
1 GENERAL
This symbol indicates CAUTION. Seri-
ous personal injury and/or damage to
property may result if the instructions
are not followed carefully.
You must read these instructions for use
and the machine’s safety instructions
and instructions for use carefully.
1.1 SYMBOLS
The following symbols appear on the machine.
They are there to remind you of the care and atten-
tion required in use.
This is what the symbols mean:
Warning!
Read the instruction manual and the safety
manual before using the machine.
1.2 REFERENCES
The figures in these instructions for use are num-
bered 1, 2, 3, etc.
Components shown in the figures are marked A, B,
C, etc.
A reference to component E in figure 5 is written
“5:E”.
2 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The following assembly procedure should be car-
ried out by an authorised workshop.
• Please read through these instructions carefully.
Learn all the controls and the correct use of the
unit.
• Fit all cables according to the instructions.
Loose cables can cause wear and vibration
damages.
• Protect all cables from moving parts on the ma-
chine. Friction can cause wear damages.
• Check regularly that the cable insulation is in-
tact and that the above mentioned is fulfilled.
3 ASSEMBLY
Before carrying out the assembly work,
the power must be cut using the main
switch. Risk for short circuit and fire.
3.1 MAIN SWITCH
Cut the power using the main switch. See fig. 1.
Disassemble the cover on the right side of the front
part of the machine to make access to realys and
connectors.
3.2 REAR LIGHTS
The harnesses are never allowed to
touch moving or hot parts. Risk of
shortcircuit and fire.
1. Remove the left and right engine casing from
the machine.
2. Cut out holes in the casings big enough for the
rear lights to fit. See fig. 2.
3. Assemble the brackets with two screws each.
See fig. 3.
4. Connect lights to the the connectors, hidden in-
side the engine frame, and screw the rear lights
to the brackets. Make sure the indicator light is
on top. See fig. 3.
5. When all cables are connected to the lamps, the
cables shall be fastened to the frame with bun-
dle strips.
3.3 LICENCE PLATE BRACKET
AND LIGHTS
1. Screw the license plate bracket to the bracket at
the back of the cabin. Use two screws and nuts.
See fig. 4.
2. Screw the lights to the licence plate bracket. See
fig. 4.
3. Connect the connectors to the lights.
4. Connect the connector at the end of the cable
harness to the connector, marked “Cabin”, that
can be found by the bottom of the right post of
the protective frame
5. When all cables are connected to the lamps, the
cables shall be fastened to the protective fram-
with bundle strips.
NOTE! Make sure to fasten the cables in a way
that allows the frame to be folded.
3.4 HORN
Connect 2 tabs to the horn.
Fasten the horn with a nut. Check that the horn
does not touch any part of the machine. Tighten the
nut. See fig. 5.
