Programmable settings
In general, programming is done as follows:
1.
Open the door of the control box.
2.
Switch the main switch on and simultaneously hold the slow lowering button
(tortoise) and the UNLOCK button until a flashing 60 is displayed on the display.
- Button 3 (IP): selection of programs 60 to 67.
- Button 4 (DOWN): makes the function active (the code will be lit continuously)
or inactive (the code flashes).
- Button 6 (UNLOCKED): exit the programming code.
- Button 5 <SELECT>: the operation system will be started (normal operation).
- The programme mode is terminated when no button is pressed for 13 seconds.
The settings are saved, even after a power failure.
Program 60 - Elevation limiter (code HS)
If this code is inactive, the column lift will stop at the highest position against a fixed
mechanical limiter. The pressure relief valve is then opened. This will not damage
the column lift. The elevation limiter can be programmed as follows:
1.
Position the column lift at the required limiting elevation.
2.
Lower the column lift in the pawls and then raise it approx. 1" to be sure that the
highest position is well above the locking position.
3.
Next, activate program 60 (code must be lit continuously). If the currently set limiting
elevation is not high enough, then first deactivate the current elevation limitation.
Warning
w
The height of the column on which programming is taking place is used as the height
limiter value. Other columns for which the height has not been set (or which have
been set at a higher value), may have a higher position through, for example, the
“Single” or “Pair” control of these columns.
Program 61 – Unlock while rising
This option is available so that the pawls are operated when the UP button is
operated. This will suppress the clicking noise of the pawls when they are going up.
This option has no effect on the safety of the column lift; the pawl will again be pulled
in when the UP button is released. Unlocking during rising is active when the code
is continuously on.
Program 62 – Protection against jamming
A height of approximately 24" will have been set when using remote control which
means that the lowering function will no longer function. This function is inactive
when the code flashes.
